Life shouldn’t be full of restrictions and rules and measurements, as food shouldn’t be. When I am in the kitchen getting creative I am not able to count the exact amount of flour or veggies, neither the exact oven temperature or time. You get a feeling for the food and I am convinced it will turn out the best way when we stick with our creativity.
My recipes have no exact numbers and measurements for this exact reason. It would take away my passion while cooking.
I was always a big eater and never did a diet ever, because I just love food too much. Being fully plantbased will help you getting the full nutrition but also being able to eat a lot of food and not gain any weight. If your food choices are coming from the nature without being transformed in any negative way, like generally modified (gmo) or sprayed with pesticides or processed, your body will get healthy and your weight will balance itself to its own perfect alignment.
We are on this together and the most important thing you have to learn to become the healthy being you want to be, is getting rid of anything negative.
Go through your kitchen cabinet and the fridge & freezer and throw out everything that is not coming from nature directly. Take a big trash can and toss it inside now. Don’t even think about giving it someone, because no one on this planet should eat this stuff. It makes us sick and creates even neurological diseases, you don’t want anyone to get depressed because of you, right?
Now all you need is everything that grows on trees or in the earth. With this you can create anything! Even if you want flour, milk, granola or candy, you will be able to make it with your new pantry full of nature.
It’s all about the right choices in life!
If you are watching tv and think you need something to nibble on, you will be happy when the unhealthy stuff is not there anymore. That’s exactly the weak points you need to redirect. Always have a little list of good snacks somewhere, in your phone or maybe on your fridge. Snacks like apple slices with almond butter, fresh popcorn with coconut oil, almond covered in dark chocolate (sweetens with stevia). In those “snacky moments” your brain doesn’t function normal and you are only able to think about the usual treats, candies, chips; a list full of healthy options makes you concentrate on other ways to make you satisfied.
Here is a list of things I always have at home for us to snack on:
- fridge drawer full of apples (spread some almond butter & granola on the slices)
- fridge box full of carrots (serve with hummus)
- gmo-free corn (for popcorn)
- dark chocolate
- chia seeds for pudding (almond butter & milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, dates)
- dates filled with almonds
Trust me, it’s all about the CHOICES! We are weak by nature and want to have it available quick & easy. But it will take you only a few weeks to reset your body to grave the healthy options instead of the junk food.
My pantry development was a process of years. It took me a while to figure out what’s the best thing to keep and what should go forever. I used to have whole wheat flour for a long time still, but more and more children had signs of gluten allergies (like these little bumps on the back of the upper arm), so I finally got rid of it altogether.
We forget to read signs of our body. The entire planet is possessed by allergies, asthma, diabetes…people started thinking this is normal. Since my kids started school, my oldest is now 16 years, they never missed one day of school! And I believe it’s because of their diet. They never have a cold or any common child sickness.
Most of the diseases developed only about 100 years ago, when we started changing food! This is a really sad story. We made us sick!

- Look at this list and try to figure out which one is related to diet? Except no. 4 & 10 its all related to our nutrition.

Think about it for a moment:
Our world supply of 3/4 poultry, 1/2 pork, 2/3 eggs comes from industrial meat factories and 2/3 of all agricultural land is for feeding this livestock. Only 8% is used to feed human directly. Isn’t this insane?
We would be able to get rid of all the hunger in this world just by going vegan. What a powerful thought!!! Doesn’t it make you feel a bit guilty?
I know there are people now screaming
ok so I will stop eating meat, but will still eat fish!
Just look at this very simple example:
One can of tuna has a multitude of mercury, even much more than a flu shot!
And did you hear about “overfishing”? We have a 90% decline of top fish and poor countries currently need & depend on fish as basic need to survive. Fishers are fishing now using a method called bottom trawling, this means 70% undesirable sea life is thrown back as dead. Trawling affects an area 150% greater than the forest clearing!!! Yes. And there is also another famous method: Longline fishing, their hook catches also threatened species like seabirds, turtles, sharks! Very, very sad.
People love to eat everything with high calories!
We are following our instinct (pleasure seeking mechanism) for the greatest calories!
We are designed to move towards the most calorie-dense foods!
But the problem is we are usually not supposed to eat super processed & concentrated food! Take the example of a moth:
They are designed by nature to fly towards light (sun & moon), but kill themselves by flying towards artificial lights. They are usually not supposed to reach the moon & sun. We created artificial light, which is deadly for this animal.
Living in nature we would crave vegetables, seeds, nuts, fruits; but the industry came up with all those fake foods and now we are killing ourselves slowly.
We are not craving meat by nature. There are studies about babies and children who were given options of eating different foods. All the kids always tend to grab the most healthy option. The red pepper instead of the green (unripe)! The red apple (higher calories) instead of the green! No child was eager to grab a piece of meat. It is non-appealing to our mind. The industry is playing tricks with our mind. Candy looks shiny red and even colorful pigs (pink) evolved through farming, not nature (black)! What a messed up world.
Many people ask me:
What’s so bad about cow milk?
Well first of all the cow produces the milk for her newborn, not for us humans. It has the exact value for the calf to grow immense in one year, but this aggressive growth hormone IGF-1 cause increased cancer in humans. Lactose intolerance (3/4 of humanity) is the normal reaction to dairy after the age of two. Doctors used to tell us it’s good for your bones until now they finally have to admit dairy is inflammatory and can cause degenerative joints & osteoporosis.
Oh and because some may care, dairy has the highest level of bad fat and is full of carbs which converts into sugar.
Here are some more facts to take you off the milk:
It is also the number one cause for acne.
It is full of pesticides & antibiotics (cheese is even more concentrated).
Do you know the pus which oozes out of pimples? One glass of milk has at least one drop of pus.
Dairy cows are tortured, they live in filthy cages, can’t turn around & are connected to suction tubes morning, noon & night.
When their babies are taken away, they mourn.
When they don’t produce milk anymore they are made into hamburgers.
