Why not using snappeas for a salad instead of boring leaves?
My kids like to eat the peas raw, but it’s also possible to blanch them for a few minutes, but always rinse with cold water afterwards, so they stop cooking and keep their green color.
The sauce is super easy!
Just blend together:
- lemon juice
- almond butter
- olive oil
Cut some almonds in little pieces or add some chili!
