Getting a good seasoning is really hard, because the good ones are all not organic, except the one from Bragg’s.
So I started making my own seasoning and couldn’t believe how easy it is.
I find it very tasty to combine savory & sweet in one seasoning.
Find as many herbs as you can find organic, then choose your favorite sweetness, it could be apples, orange peel, lime peel, persimmons plus chopped garlic and onion. Put them in the dehydrator on lowest setting overnight. If you don’t have one, put them in the oven on the lowest level, some newer ovens have a dehydrator-low-level function. Check on the produce in the oven every few hours, as it will be much faster done than in a dehydrator.
You want everything to be really dry.
Blend everything with a Himalayan pink salt and store it in a container.
This makes also a pretty present for Christmas or any other occasion!
