Don’t we all enjoy salads much more when they have a thick & creamy sauce.
Like a wonderful Caesar Salad!
Start off the night before by soaking chickpeas & cashews in water!
To make the crunchy chickpea croutons
- cook them for 1 hour in lots of water
- add olive oil & salt, garlic, paprika
- bake for 15 min
The creamy sauce will need in a blender
- lemon juice
- fresh garlic
- nutritional yeast
- optional: basil, chives
Take some fresh kale leaves 🍃 & romaine salad and massage the blended sauce in it!
