This breakfast comes originally from Switzerland!
You will find it in any hotel in Europe, as it is filling, healthy and super easy to store for a few hours.
Nuts get a more intense flavor when roasted, but if you want to keep this breakfast raw, keep them in their natural state.
- Coconut Joghurt
- Almond Milk
Blend all the above except the nuts and oats. Put these two in after everything is smooth blended.
You can add anything now from raisins, chia seeds, cinnamon to flax seeds and lemon.
Mix everything together with a big spoon and enjoy!
